Sign in with the email you used at checkout to see every order and its live tracking. No password — we email you a code.

How long it takes

Cutting and packing: 1–3 business days. Every order is cut to length by hand, so nothing ships straight off a shelf.
California: 2–4 business days once it ships.
Rest of the US: 2–7 business days once it ships.

What each tracking status means

Label created: your fabric is cut, packed and labeled. USPS hasn't scanned it in yet, which can take a day.
In transit: it's moving. Scans often go quiet for a day or two between facilities. That's normal and doesn't mean it's lost.
Out for delivery: it arrives today.
Delivered, but you don't have it: check the mailbox, the porch, and with neighbors. USPS sometimes scans a package delivered a few hours before it actually lands.
