Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy – KBM Fabrics

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, fabric must be unused, uncut, and in its original condition. Due to the nature of fabric being cut to order, cut yardage and custom orders are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Cut fabric yardage

  • Custom or special orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@kbmfabrics.store.
