A heavyweight 100% cotton fleece, made in the USA and finished PFD (prepared for dye): scoured and ready to take dye evenly, so you can dye it any color, or sew it as is in natural white. It has a smooth jersey face and a thick brushed back with real loft. At 410 GSM it has the body for heavyweight hoodies, crewnecks and sweatpants that hold their shape.

Care
We recommend washing before you cut and sew. PFD cotton has no shrink-control finish, so it will shrink in the first wash or in the dye bath. Pre-wash and dry the fabric the same way you plan to care for the finished garment.
Machine wash cold, tumble low or line dry. Skip fabric softener, it flattens the brushed loft.
Sold by the yard. Cuts are continuous, order 2 yards, get one 2-yard piece.
Rib is not included. PFD cotton rib for cuffs and waistbands is available separately in our store.

Care
Pre-wash before you cut and sew. This fabric will shrink in the first wash. Wash and dry it the same way you plan to care for the finished piece, so the shrinkage happens before cutting, not after.
