Raw indigo Japanese selvedge denim with a dense, honest hand and the kind of texture that only shuttle-loom weaving gives you. It starts stiff and deep blue, then breaks in to become yours, fading at the seams, the knees, the wallet, wherever you live in it. This is our best-selling denim for a reason.

Knit and cut in Los Angeles by KBM Fabrics, a family-run mill since 1984. We hold the roll in our own warehouse and cut it the day it ships, so you get a continuous, true-to-spec piece every time.

Good for

Jeans, trucker and chore jackets, denim shirts, workwear, caps, aprons, and bags. Because the width is 30", plan roughly 3 to 3.5 yards for a pair of jeans.

Care

This is raw indigo, so it will bleed the first few washes. Wash cold, inside out, and separately. Line dry, no bleach. For maximum fades, wait as long as you can before the first wash.
